General Information

  1. Please note that this is an order, not a reservation. Upon receipt of this order, we will verify availability, and if places are available we will reserve them for you. If no places are available at the time you have requested, we will contact you to reschedule. For activities within 24 hours, please contact us by phone at 819-681-4507.
  2. Once reserved, full payment will be taken immediately. All payments are taken in Canadian dollars. Please note that resort royalty (3%)(opens in a new tab) and taxes (GST 5% and PST 9.975%) will be added to the prices listed on the website. We will confirm all the details of the activity and provide a reservation to you via email. If you do not receive a reservation email (make sure to check your spam), please contact us at 819-681-4507. [email protected].
  3. Please dress appropriately for the activity you plan to do. Check out the FAQs on each tour page for suggestions.
  4. It is your responsibility to be at the meeting point on time, otherwise, the walk will take place without you. Please do not hesitate to contact us in advance if you are unsure of any information or driving directions.
  5. Please note that we will require you to sign a waiver form.
  6. We accept no responsibility for emails that we deliver to your email host that are not in turn delivered to your inbox or are removed by your spam filter.

Change and Cancellation Policy

Requests for changes or cancellations to an existing reservation that are time-sensitive must be made verbally to a member of Tremblant Snowshoeing staff during working hours.

  1. Cancellations or changes to all reservations within 48 hours of the start date/time are non-refundable (unless otherwise specified). No shows or late arrivals are non-refundable.
  2. Cancellations or changes to all reservations made prior to 48 hours from the start date/time are subject to a 20% charge of the total reservation amount (unless otherwise specified).
  3. We reserve the right to cancel an activity without notice (even though we will always try to let you know as soon as we cancel). This would normally be for but is not limited to, safety and security reasons, climatic conditions, or equipment failure. In such cases, an alternative date or full refund will be provided at your option.
